Two New Live Online Half-Day Introductory Workshops

In these live online Half-Day Introductory Workshops, beginners will be introduced to the Art of Black Ink Painting and will learn about materials, basic brushstrokes and techniques used for painting grasses, flowers, trees and mountains. Sumi-e is the Japanese word for the Art of Black Ink Painting. It is a unique art form using only black ink, handmade paper and a special brush.

Dates: Thursday 6th Feb or Tuesday 11th Feb 2025

Time: 10am - 1pm

Location: Online (Zoom)

Suitable for Beginners or as a review/refresher for those who have previously attended.

These Workshops consist of four 40-minute segments with a 5-minute break between each segment.

The Workshop session invitations will be emailed to participants one hour prior to the Workshops.
